IHLES PASTE!!! It is a thick white cream like a diaper cream–but WAY better if you have ANY serious rash including excema!
My son had a nasty rash on his chin from licking all the time and had been to a dematologist who gave him some prescription cream–didn’t work! I got fed up and slathered this IHLES PASTE on his chin and the rash went away! It is the ONLY thing that ever worked for my babies’ diaper rashes!

My son has an eczema as well. We actually use the Gentle Naturals on him because that is the only one that works on his skin. We tried other products but did not help. What I like about Gentle Naturals is that it is thick and stays long enough during the day without him scratching.
